The place was safe, clean, had great staff and location. The room was tastefully decorated with an ocean view and had a mini bar, satellite TV and climate control.

Overall perfect stay on a business trip.

Very good rooms and facilities - they offered a really really nice stay for a family vacation. There were a safe box, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar in the room, really enjoyed that. Everything was perfect and within 28 minutes' drive of Cancun airport.

We loved the remote location and how clean the place was kept. The staff was quick to help and seemed to be very obliging. Fully-equipped room which had great towels.

Spotless hotel with excellent amenities. The staff were ready to help to ensure I had a really lovely stay. Lots of supplies in the room : Wi-Fi, flat-screen television and armchairs. Had tropical drinks in the sports bar in the evening. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walk from beach playa.

The breakfast had lots of options: fresh fruit, hot waffles, fresh bread, milk and eggs. Good beds, WiFi, flat-screen TV and armchairs were a nice touch. The pool was nice and there were a Jacuzzi and parasols. Ideal location, just a pleasant stroll away from playa beach.

Wonderful location, exceptional facilities, GENUINELY PROFESSIONAL staff. The staff did all they can for a terrific stay. A perfect beach, perfect view. The pool was good, with a whirlpool and a hot tub.

Obliging staff, the room was functional and I loved beautiful location. High quality food for the American breakfast. Friendly check-in and exquisite service.

We liked the fab location and the staff was exceptionally courteous. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Hotel district. Besides, it was so close to the beach, shops, good restaurants. Venue was impeccably clean.

Consistently good breakfast, well maintained pool, just wonderful location. We loved that the room was clean enough and updated. Poolside bar with refreshing drinks. It had free Wi-Fi in public areas for luck.
